In Memory Kathleen Chung
Mercy Hospice lost a dear volunteer on Friday, June 27, 2008. Kathie was born January 6, 1936, and is survived by her best friend and husband, Donald Chung; two sons, William Gardner and Dean Gardner; her brother and sister, Kenneth Fisher and Barbara Kingsley; two grandsons and two granddaughters.
Kathie was a long-time hospice volunteer, literally all over the globe. She started with hospice in 1979 and continued to work both overseas and in the states.
She reached out to everyone she met with a hug and smile and
will be sorely missed by the staff, volunteers, and families. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her husband, children, family, and friends.
