Birthday Honorarium
Are you at a loss for the perfect birthday gift? Do you dread the thought of upcoming birthdays, trying to find the perfect birthday present for friends and relatives? It’s challenging to stay within a budget AND find a nice gift that doesn’t reveal how much you spent on it!
For a minimum donation of $10 per person, we will mail a personalized jumbo size, heavy-stock postcard in an envelope (measures 5 1/2” x 8 1/2”), letting he or she know that a donation was made from you in their honor, to help those patients most in need. The amount of your gift is not disclosed, only your name.
(Sample postcard shown smaller than actual size of 5 1/2” x 8 1/2” and will be mailed in an envelope. Enter your personalized greeting below the recipient’s mailing address during the ordering process. A greeting of equal or increased value may be substituted depending upon demand.)
