The Community Health Accreditation Program, Inc. (CHAP) is an independent, non-profit accrediting body.  It was the first accrediting body for community-based health care organizations in the United States and was created in 1965 as a joint venture between the American Public Health Association (APHA) and the National League for Nursing (NLN).

Carolinas Center for Hospice and End of Life Care: The Carolina's Center is a comprehensive resource to improve hospice, palliative, and end of life care, while promoting recognition of the dying process and death as a natural part of life.

National Association for Home Care and Hospice: NAHC is the nation's largest trade association representing the interests and concerns of home care agencies, hospices, home care aide organizations, and medical equipment suppliers.

American Board of Hospice & Palliative Medicine: American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine is the professional organization for physicians specializing in hospice and palliative medicine. Our Medical Director, Dr. Charles Sasser is only 1 of 14 physicians in South Carolina on this board.

Horry County Council On Aging: HCCOA is committed to providing services and programs that afford older people the opportunity to live independent, meaningful, and dignified lives in their own home and community for as long as possible today and in the future. In doing so, HCCOA will utilize creative and innovative approaches to meet those needs of the senior adult population of Horry County.
